Fly to Friday Harbor

We decided to fly up to Friday Harbor for lunch on NYE, and ate lunch at Downriggers on the harbor. The San Juans are only an hour from Boeing field. What a day!

After lunch I checked the weather… Ruh row!

Purple means I can’t land back at Boeing field! Yikes, Paine is still VFR so we headed there

Once we landed, we took 3 buses and the light rail to get home, and since it was NYE, it was free!

Puget Sound has excellent public transport!!
